Skoda has supercharged its Enyaq vRS for 2024, introducing significant upgrades to its power, range, and charging capabilities.

The electric SUV's dual-motor powertrain now boasts an enhanced combined output of 335bhp, a jump of 40bhp from its previous configuration. Consequently, the Enyaq vRS can now zip from 0 to 62mph in a mere 5.5 seconds. This result earns it the title of the fastest Skoda ever produced.

Efficiency hasn't been overlooked either. The vRS Coupé's range has been stretched to 340 miles, a commendable increase of 16 miles. The traditional SUV version isn't far behind, promising 336 miles on a single charge, 15 miles more than its predecessor.

The Enyaq vRS also embraces faster charging. With its maximum charging capacity now at 175kW, up from 135kW, users can recharge from 10% to 80% (on a 175kW connection) eight minutes quicker.

Skoda has tinkered with the infotainment software as well, streamlining its usability and information display, ensuring a more user-friendly experience.

The vehicle's standard offerings have received notable additions, encompassing rear side airbags, rear window blinds, USB-C ports at the back, and tow-bar readiness.

Skoda showcases its commitment to value by slashing the prices of two of its extra packages: Advanced and Maxx, which now come in at £2035 and £3980, a decrease of £300 each

The Advanced package dazzles with its enhanced head-up display, heated rear seats, a warm windscreen, and a Canton audio system. Meanwhile, Maxx patrons will enjoy Dynamic Chassis Control suspension, a sporty steering wheel, a comprehensive 360° parking camera, and parking assist features.
